Our F4 resilient seated gate valve is designed and manufactured to DIN 3352, with face-to-face dimensions per DIN 3202-1 (Series F4). Engineered for large-scale municipal and industrial water systems, this heavy-duty version covers the extended size range from DN200 to DN900 and is fitted with a wheel gear box for effortless operation of large valves under full working pressure.

The ductile iron body, bonnet, gland, and cap are cast from high-grade GGG50 for strength and long service life. The wedge is ductile iron fully encapsulated in EPDM, providing a bubble-tight shutoff against zero pressure in either flow direction. The stem is precision-machined from stainless steel 2Cr13, with a cast brass stem nut and brass seat ring for smooth, reliable operation over thousands of cycles. NBR O-rings and EPDM gaskets complete the sealing system for durable water service.

The non-rising stem (NRS) design keeps overall height compact — the stem operates internally through the brass stem nut without rising — making this valve suitable for buried service, valve chambers, and confined installations. With flanged ends drilled to EN 1092-2 and rated for PN10 / PN16, all wetted surfaces are protected by a blue fusion-bonded epoxy coating, and every valve is pressure-tested to EN 12266-1 before shipment.
