F4 Metal Seated Gate Valve (DIN 3352)

Our F4 metal seated gate valve is designed and manufactured to DIN 3352, with face-to-face dimensions per DIN 3202-1 (Series F4). Where a resilient (rubber-seated) gate valve is unsuitable — such as high-temperature fluids, abrasive media, oil, gas, or steam service — this metal seated version provides a durable, heavy-duty alternative.
The ductile iron body and bonnet are cast from high-grade GGG50. Both the body and the wedge are fitted with machined brass seat rings, forming a robust metal-to-metal sealing surface that withstands higher temperatures and harsher media than elastomer-seated valves. The wedge itself is solid ductile iron, and the stem is precision-machined from stainless steel 2Cr13 with a brass stem nut for smooth, reliable handwheel operation.
With flanged ends drilled to EN 1092-2 and rated for PN10 / PN16 working pressure, all wetted surfaces are protected by a blue fusion-bonded epoxy coating. Every valve is pressure-tested to EN 12266-1 before shipment, making it a dependable choice for industrial water, wastewater, and general fluid handling where a metal seat is required.
