F5 Resilient Seated Gate Valve (OS&Y) DIN 3352
Our F5 resilient seated gate valve is designed and manufactured to DIN 3352, with face-to-face dimensions per DIN 3202-1 (Series F5). The outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) design places the stem threads outside the pressure boundary, making valve position visible at a glance and protecting the stem from buried or corrosive media — ideal for above-ground and valve chamber installations.
The ductile iron body, bonnet, and yoke are cast from high-grade GGG50 for strength and long service life. The wedge is ductile iron fully encapsulated in EPDM, providing a bubble-tight shutoff against zero pressure in either flow direction. The stem is precision-machined from stainless steel 2Cr13, with a brass stem nut and brass seal ring for smooth, reliable handwheel operation. All sealing elements are EPDM for durable water service.
With flanged ends drilled to EN 1092-2 and rated for PN10 / PN16, this valve covers the wide size range from DN40 to DN600. All wetted surfaces are protected by a blue fusion-bonded epoxy coating, and every valve is pressure-tested to EN 12266-1 before shipment.
