Our F5 resilient seated gate valve is designed and manufactured to DIN 3352, with face-to-face dimensions per DIN 3202-1 (Series F5). The longer F5 body is suited to replacement and retrofit applications where a full-length body is required. The non-rising stem (NRS) design keeps overall height compact — the stem operates internally through a brass stem nut without rising — making this valve ideal for buried service, valve pits, and confined installations.

The ductile iron body, bonnet, and gear box are cast from high-grade GGG50 for strength and long service life. The wedge is ductile iron with NBR sealing, providing reliable shutoff in both flow directions. The stem is precision-machined from stainless steel 2Cr13, with a brass stem nut and brass locating ring for smooth, low-torque operation. All gaskets and O-rings are NBR for durable water and wastewater service.

With flanged ends drilled to EN 1092-2 and rated for PN10 / PN16, this valve covers DN40 to DN600. Handwheel operation is standard for smaller sizes, while a wheel gear box is fitted to large sizes for easy operation under full pressure. All wetted surfaces are protected by a blue fusion-bonded epoxy coating, and every valve is pressure-tested to EN 12266-1 before shipment.
