Overview:
Our Ductile Iron Flange Adaptors convert plain‑end pipes into flanged connections for easy linking to flanged valves, pumps and equipment. We supply multiple versions: Universal wide‑range adaptor, Single‑Range adaptor for steel pipes, and Single‑Range adaptor for ductile iron pipes conforming to ISO2531, BS EN545, ISO7005‑2, BS 4504, BS 4627.
Manufactured from high‑grade ductile iron for sleeve and end ring, fitted with EPDM / SBR rubber gasket and carbon‑steel bolt‑nut fasteners. Rated for working pressure PN10 and PN16 for municipal potable‑water pipeline networks.
The single‑range models are dedicated for fixed outer‑diameter pipe series. The universal wide‑range design accepts a broader band of pipe outside diameters within one nominal size, simplifying on‑site installation when actual pipe OD varies. These adaptors are widely applied in new pipeline construction, rehabilitation and repair projects for water distribution systems.
