Our ductile iron loose flanged fittings feature a rotatable flange that is not cast integrally with the fitting body, allowing 360° free rotation for perfect bolt hole alignment during installation. The fitting body is cast from high-grade ductile iron in accordance with ISO 2531 / EN 545, delivering the strength and durability required for demanding water and industrial applications.
The loose flange design solves one of the most common problems in on-site installation — misaligned bolt holes. Because the flange turns independently, installers can align it precisely with valves, pumps, and mating flanges without rotating the pipe or applying torsional force to the pipeline.
