Quick Flange Adaptor for PVC/PE
Overview:
Our ductile iron quick flange adaptor provides a fast, reliable connection between PVC or PE (HDPE) pressure pipes and flanged valves, pumps, hydrants, and equipment. The adaptor slides over the outside of the plastic pipe and bolts to the mating flange — no welding, threading, or specialized tools required. It is available in two configurations matched to the pipe material:
- PVC Quick Flange Adaptor — flange body + EPDM rubber gasket. Designed for rigid PVC pressure pipes, which have a stable outside diameter; the gasket alone compresses uniformly to create a dependable, watertight seal.
- PE Quick Flange Adaptor — flange body + brass sealing (grip) ring + EPDM rubber gasket. Designed for softer PE/HDPE pipes, where the brass ring bites into the pipe wall to provide positive restraint against pull-out under pressure.
Both versions are manufactured in high-grade ductile iron (GGG50) and finished in a blue fusion-bonded epoxy coating (250 µm), approved for potable water service, for long underground service life.
